Directions
TAKE TWO TABLETS PER DAY WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. Only to be taken on a full stomach. This comprehensive formula replaces other Perfectil supplements and multivitamins. There is no need to take an additional multivitamin. This product may be used for as long as required, and a regular intake is recommended. - Bio-Marine Collagen is Halal

Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. As with other food supplements, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using if you are under medical supervision, pregnant, breastfeeding, have epilepsy, a thyroid condition, haemochromatosis, suffer from food allergies or are allergic to any of the ingredients. Not suitable for those under the age of 18. Allergy Advice: For allergens, see ingredients in bold on base of carton. Made in a site that may handle nuts/peanuts. Green Tea Extract contains a minimum of 8mg of catechins [including a minimum of 4mg (-)- epigallocatechin-3-gallate] per daily intake. Do not consume over 800mg of (-)- epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children below 18 years old, under fasting conditions, or if you are already consuming other products containing green tea. Contains low levels of natural caffeine (0.4mg per tablet). Not recommended for use by those sensitive to caffeine. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
